About the Ümloud! Headliner Band Package

You may already be planning to play at Ümloud! 2011, rocking out on stage at DNA Lounge on Thursday, December 8 to benefit Child’s Play. But you want more. And we can give it to you.

If you were at last year’s Ümloud!, you remember our Headliner Band, Broasis. They had a two-song set list, a "Behind the Music"-style video created by the production wizards at Area 5, their own T-shirts and posters for sale, a VIP table at DNA Lounge and more.

Before The Show

• Spend a day with Area 5, producers of the hit web show Co-Op, who will work with you to create a Behind The Music style “rockumentary” video all about your band and take photos for “album covers.”
• Makeup and image consulting for the video with Joui Turandot of Fashion Eye for Men.
• Work with a team of graphic designers who will create your band a custom logo and a poster.

During the Show

Be the headliner of a rock concert! You will be the featured band for Ümloud! 2012, performing live to the audience and streamed around the world!

• Play a two-song set list -- the only band that will be allowed to do so!
• Have very first picks of what songs you want to play -- choose your songs from the entire Rock Band 3 library of over 3000, including Rock Band Network, plus Rock Band 1 & 2. No one else will play your chosen songs that night!
• Admission to Ümloud! for up to 7 band members. (Value: $70)
• DNA Lounge VIP Table Service. A reserved table during the entire show, with appetizers and a bottle of premium liquor with mixers. (Band members must all be over 21 for bottle service.) More info... (Value: $295)

THE FINE PRINT

Ümloud! 2011 is an event held on December 8, 2011 in San Francisco, California at DNA Lounge. The individual who wins this auction will be the “band captain,” and will be able to add up to 6 additional band members using the umloud.org website.

All band members must agree to the Ümloud! Terms of Service and Band Package Agreement. All band members must be 18 years or older as of Thursday, December 8, 2011. All band members are responsible for their own transportation to the event and/or lodging in San Francisco. There are no refunds.

Ümloud! will make every effort to coordinate with winner of auction to choose a mutually convenient day and time for the video and photo shoots and related services. However, Ümloud! will have final discretion over the timing and scheduling of these activities. Winner of auction is solely responsible for transportation to and from photo/video shoots.

Ümloud! 2011 is an 18+ event held at DNA Lounge. The venue may eject guests for any reason at its sole discretion. Guests who are inebriated, for example, may not be allowed into the venue or on stage even if they have purchased tickets.
